I COUNT!!!
Melting of Ice cups. Sea level rises. Rainfall patterns changes, alteration of the timing of seasons. Floods, droughts and Hurricanes. Extinction of plants and animals.
Is the first time in 10,000 years the words is warming so fast.
1.4°C -5.8°C is the global average temperature increasing by 2100. This will have acute impact on arctic systemsl, coral reefs and local communities. 150,000, is the yearly amount of people dying from climate change. The World Health Organisation says that this happens especially in developing countries, where poor people, in particular children, have less possibilities to adapt to climate change and all its consequences such as delay in harvest and ‘natural’ disasters.
25,000, is the number of the demonstratives that Sunday, 4 November, crowded, coloured and amazingly joined different political and religious view in the name of a common ‘mother’, the Earth.
Trafalgar square, London.
“I count--we can stop climate chaos”.
A picturesque scene, 15,000 people more than expected, everyone there to ask to all western Governments, and especially Messer Blair and Bush, whose face was blamed in all manifests, to take urgent action and stop climate change.
It has been claimed that is the first time that our town sees such a big cocktail of voices roaring for our planet, figure that shows how scorching is, in any sense, this issue for humanity.

Bhe quì ti vedo politica come ti ricordavo.
